This summer, Houston Center for Contemporary Craft presents four, week-long craft camps for kids, ages 5 – 8 and 9 – 12. When you fly, be Cre8tive with it™! Kids can join the cool aerial activities presented by The Artistic Realm of Talentz (The ARTZ) all summer long for weekly sessions leading up to a great show at the end of the summer. There are 11 jam-packed, full day sessions from June 4-August 17. Kids will learn Fabric, Trapeze, Lyra, Wall Running, Harness and much more from the world of circus artz! Magic Moments Stable camps offer children a week of total immersion in all things equine. For the first five days of each session, students will ride once (Peewee) or twice (Regular) per day, and they will participate in activities designed to help them learn about safety, horsemanship, stable management, and equine anatomy. They will also enjoy games and creative activities to help them be comfortable around horses. On the final day, students will demonstrate their new skills and present their project at a mini horse show held at the barn on the Saturday following the week-long session. Discounts are available for siblings and those campers signed up for multiple sessions. PEEWEE CAMPS are $450/session and REGULAR & ADVANCED CAMPS are $625/session.
