Houston, TX Vlog: Family, Food, and Wide Freeways

My weekend in Houston, TX involved a lot of great food, driving (especially on very wide freeways), and getting to see family! I spent the weekend with my aunt, Kelly, and my grandmother (on my father’s side). They make special guest appearances in this video as well as my cousin, James. On Sunday, I got to meet up with my cousin, Jack, and his girlfriend (also special guests) for lunch.

As this video has a lot of content mixed in, you may use these shortcuts to jump to a major point of interest:
00:40 – Eating a great breakfast cooked by my Aunt Kelly
01:56 – Driving around the area I used to live in when I was a kid (full video covered in my two North Houston Driving Tour videos)
03:44 – Outback Steakhouse with my Aunt Kelly, my grandmother, and James
07:56 – Driving on I-10 (Katy Freeway) from SH 6 to around Bingle Rd/Voss Rd
16:53 – Lunch at Genghis Grill in Humble, TX with Jack and his girlfriend
20:01 – Enjoying my Aunt Kelly’s homemade tamale casserole
