Using HARO to Help Promote Your Network

I recently stumbled upon a very handy website called HARO. HARO or Helpareporter.com is a website that matches reporters with sources for stories, articles and TV, etc. My first thought was that I might use it to help get my nonprofit organization SOFA get more exposure.
