France Telecom and Employee Motivation

France Telecom announced last week that it plans to begin basing up to 30% of a manager’s bonus on social criteria – which includes employee job satisfaction. Houston to Fort Hood

I wish I could be a part of this event....my husband is one of the 3500 deployed with the 72nd. He will be home on his r and r during this time, and we will be out of state. I think this is so awesome people are showing their support for our military. I look forward to the welcome home ceremony!

Is your head cut off on your profile picture?

A profile picture is VERY important to your success on InHouston and LinkedIn and Facebook and Twitter. But, if your head is cut off, not worth much is it?

There are two solutions. Both involve editing the image. You can use Windows Paint or Draw, or you can download picasa.google.com for free or you can find and download GIMP which is the best but hardest option.
