Welcome to NASA Houston!
Today, we spent the whole day at the NASA Johnson Space Center in Houston, Texas. Yes, this is the main NASA Headquarters and the operation center for NASA’s human spaceflight program.
It is a good idea to arrive at the Space Center Houston right before they open and to do the NASA Tram Tour first before the crowds start to arrive. We joined the Astronaut Training Facility Tour and visited the Space Vehicle Mockup Facility in Building 9. We also visited the Saturn V Rocket Park.
The NASA Space Center is a big place, and we spent the rest of the day exploring its Starship Gallery, Astronaut Gallery, and Independence Plaza.
There are a handful theaters, as well as rides and activities related to space exploration to keep you entertained.
Here’s a link to the video we did at the U.S. Space and Rocket Center in Huntsville. It’s was cool, too!
