Chefs David Cordua and Kiran Verma visited Great Day Houston to speak with host Deborah Duncan about the upcoming television special, The Houston Cookbook. David discussed his experience in the Houston culinary scene, as well as why Houston is an ideal city for a show like The Houston Cookbook. The Chefs prepared chicken tikka tamales, while previewing some of the topics that the show covers. The Houston Cookbook premieres Sunday November 18 at 5:30pm on TV 8.
