The usual crawfish season in the southeast United States starts in February and ends in June. However, due to the coldness in January this year, the season is still crawling along. With courage to counter the delay, Casian Crawfish has initiated the heat of gourmets, kicking off the one and only Casian Crawfish Carolina Reaper Challenge in Houston.
