Call Center - I was responsible for several large call centers and detailed process and managing effeciency and effectiveness is key. State, County and City agencies - poor processes so....things do not work well.
I love books but don't have much time for reading. Currently, I'm reading 4. I love working in my yard and garden - getting dirty and everything. Wine afterwards is good and sometimes a cold cerveza! Friends, Motor Cycle Riding and most of all...my sons - Miles and Cole!
