You are a licensed agent and there is information that every licensed agent should know about because during 2013 everyone will be preparing for the changes that Obamacare will have on everyone in 2014.
At our meeting last night Willie Martinez, the executive director of marketing made a statement that I thought was pretty powerful; especially for people like you who are already in the industry. He said that there will never be a year before major changes are about to take place. That's what 2013 is because in January 2014, things are going to change. It is this year that employers and employees are going to be looking for answers.
We have some new information from the government that's been released relating to health care. This is just like it was when the government made it mandatory for people to have car insurance. Who benefitted the most? The insurance companies who made it available.
We now have some plans to supplement what the Federal Govt. is going to institute that are going to be great because they will be affordable when companies are forced to get healthcare for their employees or be penalized. EVERYBODY IS GOING TO HAVE TO HAVE SOMETHING.
