Mr. Marcellas A Flenory Sr. is a Master Trainer with 10 years of experience working closely with C-Level executives, management team, Technical and non technical employees, and subject matter experts. Mr. Flenory has developed participant assessments, training guides, Train-the-Trainer manuals and guides, PowerPoint presentations for all levels (hourly, salary, new managers, and C-Level executives).
