Urgent Needs and Compelling Desires of Target Market(s)
Someone who can give them the most bang for the buck. I can visually make my department budget appear doubled onscreen.
Opportunities said Target Market(s) would love to invest in
Readers want to read the exciting book they never read before. Movie goers want to see the exciting movie they've never seen before.
My target market isn't looking to invest in the lowest hanging fruit, or invest in the most experienced horse on the track.
Benefits of investible opportunities to Target Market(s)
What studios understand that independent filmmakers do not, is that a movie can have long legs far past the initial sell by date of theatrical release or home video.

Because of this, movies that failed at the box office like It's A Wonderful Life, John Carpenter's The Thing, TRON, and OfficeSpace continued to make money long after box office successes faded away.

As the small but wildly profitable National Lampoon movies have shown throughout the decades, movie making is not a get rich quick scheme for winners.
"Other interests" (Traveling, wine, books, etc...):
Let's have a conversation over dinner, wine or beer, you'll enjoy it.
What does your company do to focus on its purpose?
The stories I write will now have graphic novels. I'm learning professional animation software to animate said graphic novels.

Fully fleshed out, this is a combined sales / marketing ten arm approach to creating a successful venture with a minimum of investment per arm.
