Connie was the first woman to be promoted to Executive Senior Manager during her 20-year tenure with the company. Her comprehensive knowledge of property management, leasing, and construction management, comprising a portfolio with over a million square feet under contract gives her an astute ability to recognize value in well-managed buildings. Connie left PM Realty Group to start Customized Real Estate Services, Inc. (CRES) in 2001, and ten years later developed DBA LEAD2GREEN to specialize in green real estate services. In 2008 Connie was the first CEO of a certified woman-owned commercial real estate company in the nation to earn the LEED Professional Accreditation designation. This designation, awarded by the US Green Building Council, is to distinguish building professionals who have the knowledge and skills to successfully steward the LEED Certification process. The LEED AP has a thorough understanding of the practices and principles involved in the LEED Green Building Rating System.
