First and foremost our main focus is on customer service. We have over 58,000 customers in our 14 markets across the country, 1/3rd of which come from referrals, and we keep a 99.6% retention rate with our customers, meaning that once a business switches to our service, they are happy enough to stay with us, and we owe this to our wonderful customer service. We also keep an A+ rating with the BBB in all of our markets.
