I am the head of a team of specialist recruiters who focus on the Business Intelligence, Data Warehousing and ERP technologies such as SAP, Cognos, Hyperion, SAS, Business Objects, Peoplesoft, Oracle Financials, Oracle BI EE and Microsoft ERP and BI packages.
I am also in the process of setting up our US operations where, alongside Enterprise Technologies we work with and supply candidates across IT Healthcare (EMR, EHR, HIM) and general IT at trading houses and hedge funds.
I recruit for companies across the UK, North America and Europe and focus on providing permanent resource in the market place in the shape of project and programme managers, change managers, business analysts, architects, principal, senior and junior consultants as well as directors.
I currently deal with both established SAP, Oracle, Business Objects, IBM Cognos and Hyperion partners as well as growing niche consultancies with a history of helping to build these types of consultancy. I also work with end user clients, both large and small, helping them with the task of finding staff.
On top of technical roles, I also recruit in the strategy areas of businesses, particularly at a senior level.
In today's climate where market knowledge is important, I pride myself in keeping at the cutting edge of the technologies and make sure my staff do the same - this is something our clients appreciate as it means we are able to have intelligent business conversations with them.
