The second suspect in the killing of seven year old Jazmine Barnes in Houston, Texas made a court appearance Thursday.

Officials believe Larry Woodruffe is the gunman in the early morning drive-by shooting that happened on December 30th.

The capital charges filed against both men cap more than a week of intense investigation and calls for the public’s assistance after Barnes was killed in the early morning hours of December 30th as she rode in the back seat of her mother’s car.
