You can click on "Stop following" and will no longer receive the emails... and Diane, as the administrator you can remove individual posts, but the emails will continue to go out unless this is changed indivdually.... the "stop following" is right above these comments, next to the "add comment" button...

I have been asked by several the same questions Charlotte.  The only way to do this is to remove the comment section, but I am reluctant to do so.  I will ask that we only use the Comment section to communicate information that is relavent to the group - other networking opportunities and volunteer options.  I hope this will help.

How do we change our group subscription so we don't get emails from anyone but the leader?

Volunteering not only improves self-esteem, but helps to reduce social isolation, lower blood pressure, and enhance the immune system.

From a dietary perspective, shiitake mushrooms appear able to enhance immune function in both directions, giving it a boost when needed, and cutting back on its activity when needed!

Witch hazel is useful for naturally treating eczema and psoriasis. If you suffer from flaking skin and redness of either of these conditions, you know how hard it can be to find anything effective against them. Witch hazel is one of the few natural substances that can help both conditions.

Apply apple cider vinegar to bites: Reduce itching by applying a dab of apple cider vinegar to bug bites.
